RoHS.....Our Policy
Vertex take our business in the Control and Monitoring arena very seriously and as such share the environmental concerns of our many customers in their countries.
We are therefore in the process of evaluating not only our own production technology but also that our suppliers to the ends of ensuring that, to the best of our knowledge, we will comply with the RoHS Directive.
Our products, although as stand alone control and monitoring equipment, are exempt for the foreseeable future, when our VERTEX Temperature Controllers or Solid State Relays are included in other OEM equipment that needs to be compliant, we need to be able to offer compliance.
As you may well imagine this is an ongoing matter and we will do everything in our power to always comply with this and any other directives or guidelines that involve our business.
We envisage that the initial drive to comply will be completed within the next two months, hopefully well in advance of the 1st July 2006 deadline.
