• We now accept credit and debit card transactions.
• In order to enhance security we require that you give us your card details either by phone, fax or e-mail.
• This way, once processed, all your card details are destroyed making it a safe way of handling this sensitive detail and the information is not kept on any computer at our offices.
• QIS / VERTEX employ a strict privacy policy where no record at all is kept regarding our clients card purchase details once the transaction has been successfully processed.
• For countries dealing in EURO's we will use the EURO price, but convert it to Sterling (British Pounds) using the ruling rate on the date of transaction, as specified by this site....Oanda.com (Click on this link to see latest rates) using "Interbank rate +1%.
• Goods will only be sent to the card registered billing address unless we can satisfy ourselves that another delivery address is acceptable.
• QIS reserves the right to accept or reject credit card transactions.

We will require the following information

• Card number
• Expiry date
• Last 3 digits on the back
• Your first name
• Your last name
• The billing address of the card holder
• Telephone number of cardholder as recorded by card issuer
• For UK Maestro or Solo cards, the issue number and start date
• For orders in any EU country excluding the UK, you will have to provide us with your EU VAT number. If this number is not provided we will be forced to charge VAT on all prices quoted.
